PRESENTATION OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this presentation, the attendee will:

1. Be able to reproduce the Covey activity matrix and analyze her own activities using this model;

2. Be able to identify three new techniques that she can use to increase control over time;

3. Have a model for incorporating long-term planning, based on priorities and goals, into her current planning activities;

4. Have additional reasons to internalize the fact that time is the most precious commodity at her disposal;

5. Identify that this was a fun and productive learning experience.
