PRESENTATION OBJECTIVES:

(1) Demonstrate that mature CNS neurons are capable of switching into a strong regenerative states; and

(2) Demonstrate that, once in this state, further treatments to counteract the inhibitory influences of myelin and the glial scar enhance regeneration greatly.
