1.         Define the classifications of adult stem cells and their progeny within gliogenic niches;

2.         Outline the current understanding of the cellular source of scar formation following spinal cord injury;

3.         Define the role of a viral clonal analysis for determining cell fate following injury ;

4.         Identify clinically relevant factors for targeting and altering the fate of stem cells following trauma;
