At the conclusion of this presentation participants will be able to:

1. Describe the utility of manganese- enhanced MRI (MEMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging to monitor and quantify brain connectivity after CNS injury in the rodent.
2. Describe the utility of functional MRI and contrast-enhanced, dynamic susceptibility MRI methods to provide information on brain function after CNS trauma in the rodent.
