•  Identify the challenge of pre-hospital emergency care in the developing-world and its global impact

•  Define lacunae in the pre-hospital emergency care in the developing world

•  Describe resources necessary to provide pre-hospital emergency services in the developing world

•  Indicate improved organization and planning at minimal cost for pre-hospital emergency care

•  Outline policy and research project for affordable pre-hospital care for the poor
