WELCOME RECEPTION

6:00 - 7:30 PM

After a day of traveling and getting settled into your hotel, please join us for an outdoor “Welcoming Reception”. This reception will begin at 6:00 PM and will be located in the Plaza Del Sol at the Fess Parker DoubleTree Resort. Wine will be provided by local vineyards for tasting, accompanied by a light assortment of cheeses, breads, fruits and meats. Come and enjoy the sounds of NU Jazz, Lounge and Rare Groves provided by DJELDON.com as we watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean while renewing old friendships, making new ones and preparing for a week of scientific celebration.
