CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds will be given on registrations cancelled prior to May 1, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

After May 1, 2010, no refunds will be given.

*STUDENT DELEGATES

The definition of a “Student” for the purpose of registration for Neurotrauma 2010 is any one of the following:

  1. An undergraduate, graduate or medical student at an internationally recognized university or college.
  2. A nurse who is practicing in an internationally recognized university affiliated hospital.
  3. A resident who is in training at an accredited or internationally recognized university/hospital training program.
  4. A postdoctoral student who has completed an MD and/or PhD who is currently under the supervision of mentor (or advisor) for the purpose of acquiring additional training in the field of neuroscience as it relates to neurotrauma.
  5. A postdoctoral fellow, who has completed a basic neurosurgery, neurology (or equivalent) residency and who now is gaining additional training in the field of neurotrauma.
