Delegate Registrations 
A delegate is a scientist or clinician attendee of
the conference. All delegate registrations include:

Member Rates*:
Early $450 / Regular $500 / Late $550 / Onsite $650

Non-Member Rates

Early $575 / Regular $625 / Late $675 / Onsite $775

*Must be an active member of the National Neurotrauma
to qualify.

One Day Pass
A one day delegate is a scientist or clinician attendee of the
conference. Includes all regular delegate items.

One Day Delegate Rate:
$200 per day; maximum 2 days
Accompanying Guests
Does NOT include Scientific or Poster Sessions.
A guest is a non-scientist spouse, family member
or guest of a registered delegate. A maximum of one (1)
guest per registered attendee is allowed.

Government Attendees

If you require government approval before  paying for your registration fee, please click the appropriate button on the payment page, then select "Checkout with 'Pay me later' (Credit Card / Bank transfer / Check)" to create an invoice at the current meeting registration rate.  You will receive a copy of this invoice including bank account and check payment details via email. After this, you can proceed to submit your disclosure form and your abstract if you have added the abstract fee. 

As soon as funds are released from your government organization, you can log back in to pay the pending invoice at any time by credit card. Alternatively you may use the bank transfer / check payment details to pay by bank transfer or check. As soon as we receive your payment, your meeting registration and any submitted abstracts will be activated. Please be aware that this may take several weeks.  
Student Delegate Registrations
For the purpose of Neurotrauma registration, the
definition of a “Student”
is a delegate who meets at
least one of the following criteria:

1. An undergraduate, graduate or medical student at
an internationally recognized university or college.

2. A nurse who is practicing in an internationally
recognized university affiliated hospital.

3. A resident who is in training at an accredited or
internationally recognized university/hospital training

4. A postdoctoral student who has completed an MD
and/or PhD who is currently under the supervision of
mentor (or advisor) for the purpose of acquiring additional
training in the field of neuroscience as it relates to

5. A postdoctoral fellow, who has completed a basic
neurosurgery, neurology (or equivalent) residency and
who now is gaining additional training in the field of

Proof of current status will be required in order to qualify for
a student registration rate

Student Member Rates*:

Early $275 / Regular $325 / Late $375 / Onsite $425

Non-Member Student Rates:
Early $350 / Regular $400 / Late $450 / Onsite $500

If you are a clinician or nurse who requires a certificate for
continuing medical education contact hours, please be sure to add this item when you register.

Rates in Effect

Early Rate:       January 1 - February 29
Regular Rate:   March 1 - May 31
Late Rate:        June 1 - June 19                          
Onsite Rate:    June 20 - June 29

Online Registration closes June 19.  After June 19, all registrations must be done onsite at the onsite rate.  

Registration Fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

The meeting registration webshop accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed by Authorize.net.

For attendees who wish to pay by check, please create an account if you do not have one already. Cancellations & Transfers

Registration fee refunds will be issued only with written notice to the conference organizers before June 1, 2016. A $75.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.   There are no refunds after May 31, 2016 except in the case of emergency.
