HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
Renewing members go to your Member Profile to pay your dues online.
Click on the gray and white login icon located on the upper right corner of the screen. It will turn blue once you've signed in.
Login by entering the email address associated with your account and password. Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot password" to receive a reset link.
Click on the blue and white login icon on the upper right corner of the screen and select 'View profile'.
Click the “Renew To 20xx-xx-xx” button on the center of your profile page.
If you like, you can review your profile and make any additions or changes.
Click on the “Update and next” button.
Review the information and click the “Confirm and proceed with payment” button.
You will receive emails confirming this transaction.
Your membership will be updated instantly if your credit card payment is successfully processed. Alternative payment options are listed on your invoice.

You are encouraged to participate in the NNS membership network by completing your profile, expanding your professional network, and engaging with other NNS members as they reach out to you.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Click on the blue login icon (after logging in) and select "view profile".
Click on "edit profile". Here you will be able to update all the information pertaining to your profile.
Make sure you keep this up to date!

Click on the blue login icon (after logging in) and select "view profile".Click on "change " next to your membership level. Here you will be able to update your membership level.
Is the membership fee refundable?
In the event of an error by the NNS at the time of member registration or payment, the NNS will refund the incorrectly-charged membership fees or other payment. Once membership application and ayment have been processed by the NNS, resulting in benefits being administered to the member (such as activation of JOURNAL OF NEUROTRAUMA subscription or receipt of conference discount), there will be no refund or reimbursement of the membership dues payment. The NNS will not refund any fees for the preceding period after termination of membership. Payments are not exchangeable, transferable, and may not be applied as credit to other products or services now, in the future, or toward past debts. This applies to all forms of payment whether online, paper, or otherwise paid for with a credit card, check, cash or wire transfer.
